NOTE: Ground shipping is now available for all food items. We also offer the option of 2 day delivery and overnight delivery.
Shipping Times
SHIPMENTS MONDAY-THURSDAY FOR OVERNIGHT DELIVERIES * Orders MUST be received before 9:00AM EST to ship same day. Orders placed after 2:00PM EST will be processed the following day. * Perishables Ship Only Monday-Tuesday for most Ground Services. * Perishable orders placed after 9:00AM Wednesday may be held until the following Monday to avoid storage in UPS warehouses over the weekend. * If you have special circumstances or need rush shipping, please contact us to make arrangements. Our shipping facility hours of operation are 6:00am to 2:00pm EST. Normal business hours apply to all other matters. * UPS will only deliver on Saturday under special circumstances. Please call to have your order delivered on Saturday. UPS does not deliver on Sunday. * Delays may occur due to weather, availability or during busy shopping periods. * In some cases, items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same box. Nathan's Famous food products will always ship separately from merchandise.
Shipping Costs
* Shipping charges are based on the UPS shipping rates plus the cost of carefully packing your order. Nathan's Famous does not make a profit on shipping.
* NOTE: (30june2006) Due to UPS Ground limitations, mixing perishable items and merchandise in one order will result in limited shipping options and increased costs. If you want to order our delicious hot dogs and any merchandise items, please make two separate orders - one for hot dogs and one for the non-perishable items. Your total costs will be less and tracking of the orders is easier. This issue is being addressed and site enhancements will be rolled out soon.
International Shipments
* Due to customs regulations, we are not able to ship outside the U.S. and Canada except under special circumstances. Please email us if you are interested in placing an international order.
